Stayed 3 nights. The room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfy. Like the L'Occitane toiletries. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils and electrical appliances were from Electrolux, good for light cooking. They even have an iPhone Docking Alarm Clock for me to listen to my music and charge my iPhone at the same time. Like it so much and purchase few units as gift to my friends. Breakfast is average. One room entitles to a breakfast coupon. Staffs are courteous and speak English. Addressed to all my request including purchase of train ticket. Busy visiting Expo, didn’t have enough time to use other in house facilities. Location is very good. Surrounded by boutiques from international brands. Only 5 minutes walk to the subway and 15 minutes to Xintiandi

凯德中国高端服务式公寓，房间内包含了厨房、客厅等，面积超大，适合出差的人长期出差居住，配套设施完善。交通便利，。住在里面真的是有家的感觉，推荐中层阶级入住。

我和家里人(两个小孩,老婆,还有岳母)从南京来上海度周末,入住了这家酒店。我们之前在Citadines住过,住特特别好。我们觉得这家酒店可以为我们的短暂假期增加一点奢侈的感觉。步行的是,这家酒店还没有准备好。这里没有游泳池,没有餐厅,还在施工当中,房间里的设施还不能正常工作……好吧,我本应该想到的,这里开业才不到两个星期呢。不错,他们的网上却没有标出他们正在“试营业”的通知,也没有说明很多设施还不能使用。我们之所以预定这家公寓,一部分原因是因为看上了这里靠近法租界的地理位置,但是主要原因还是这里(本应有的)高端设施/服务。 我跟Resident Manager反映了这里的问题,经历同意说这家酒店还没有准备好,而且要给我们的房间打折。我争论说他们只要把自己要试营业的信息公布出来就可以了。这样,就会降低人们入住这里的期望,也可以帮他们做出更加准确、实际的选择。我估计他们是为了赶上世博会而匆忙开业的。我还会再来的,但是起码要几个月之后,等到所有的东西都弄好可以使用的时候再来。我已经说过,之前住过Citadines酒店(也是有这里的经营者经营的),那里的公寓非常棒,价钱也比这里还划算!!

自从5月份开始营业,我在这里已经住了几个月了(这是我住过的时间最长的地方之一)。我对公寓的标准很满意。对要在上海住很长一段时间的游客而言,这里的设施很齐全。这里没有什么拐角,而且所有电器都是名牌,质量很好。员工非常热情礼貌,无论何时我需要帮助,问题都能得到迅速解决。我还经常去健身房,所有器材都是全新的。我没有去过位于6层的餐厅、泳池和网球场。酒店位置便利,离新天地、、地铁1号线很近。淮海是上海的一个大型购物街,出租车司机对那儿都很熟。

我住的是三个卧室的，空间大，价格也更高一点。这边的位置是非常棒，不过我是建议酒店把装修再进行全套的返修，一直保持这种状态不是很好哦。不过毕竟在上海这个大都市，酒店服务人员可能会更加的专业，从员工的着装就体现的出来，还有员工的语言，同样体现着这一点。

We stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 children and 3 adults. All hotels have a limit of 2-3 per room so we have to book at least 2 rooms when we have travelled. It was nice that they allowed us to have 6 in the apartment as my mother-in-law shared the queen bed in the second room with my 10 y.o and 3 y.o and my 7 y.o slept on the lounge which was fine for him and he loved being able to sleep on the lounge. We had booked a roll-away bed but it did not fold up and took up a lot of room in the lounge. The staff was kind enough to allow us to cancel it. Having the extra space with children is absolutely vital. The rooms were a good size-did not feel cramped with a family of 6. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for all of our stay due to "maintenance"-I thought the hotel had only opened 5 months earlier. The kids were very disappointed! The staff was courteous and helpful. They only allowed 2 breakfast vouchers per night (I think 2 bedroom apartments should have 4 vouchers per night) but they did allow the 3 kids to use only one voucher (generous gesture) and also allowed us to use 4 vouchers at a time so we had breakfast together on 2 of the days. Great location, close to subway, very westernised part of Shanghai. Little gripe-should provide guests with a small sachet of washing powder. When you have kids travelling with you, you are bound to do some washing. Overall, it was great to stay at a short-tem serviced apartment in Asia (hard to come by it seems)

就是新开业的，是个世界连锁品牌，设施很高档，地理位置也很好，整个酒店服务也非常有档次，而且离着新天地也很近的。我们去的时候他们新开业还没一个月呢，每个房间也都有厨房的那种。性价比蛮高的，很值得。他们那有停车场，但我们当时没开车的。服务感觉比较国际化吧，比如说拿行李呀打车呀都很主动的。整个装修属于比较简约的吧。

雅诗阁是间公寓大楼,官网上说“就跟住在酒店一样”,好吧——要是你过去常住的酒店都没有客房服务、餐厅有限(一间很吵的酒吧和很贵的高端餐厅)、没什么服务、差劲的前台工作人员,那这里就是酒店。 这里位置超棒,而就价格来说,我不觉得你能在上海市中心附近找到和这里一样好的房间。附近有很多餐馆,所以你不会陷入困境,大多数水平都很棒。但是这里就是不像间酒店。 房间很舒适,带个小厨房。那些睡眠较浅的人可能会觉得厨房设备的灯光会有点打扰人。有大电视。舒服的床。 强烈推荐——但是这里不是酒店。

公寓式的酒店给我印象最深的就是房间很大而且有很多的房间，反正总的来说卫生都是很干净，我都没有注意房间的东西细节，在这里真的是住的很舒服，我挺喜欢这里的厨房可以自己给朋友做饭然后一起吃饭，不过要自己出去买做饭做菜的材料也是有些麻烦，周围也是比较繁华的区域，向我住过其他的酒店价格也就是一千多但是房间都很小，不知道为什么这里给我的感觉真的很舒适。
