De service was goed, mensen spreken Engels. De kamers zijn klein, maar dat maakt niet uit. De kamers zijn vies! De Lakens waren vies. Er lagen twee handdoeken, maar die waren nat en er zaten nog allemaal vlekken in. Waren echt goor. Mijn kamer had een douche, maar dat stelde niet veel voor, wat ook niet erg is, maar de de slang met douchekop kon niet eens ergens fatsoenlijk opgehangen worden, dus douchen is ook niet echt prettig. Internet niet op eigen kamer. Locatie is goed, maar in dezelfde locaties zit ook Days Inn, veel beter.

这里地理位置很好，大概离故宫10分钟吧，我是从东门进去的。离王府井更近 员工很热情，能细心告诉怎么坐车。老外很多，晚上他们还有party。虽然我英语不太好但很喜欢这样的气氛。可以免费上网。

We booked here two weeks before our stay. When we called to confirm our arrival they told us they had cancelled our reservation! That left our family of six scrambling to not have to stay on the street. So unless you can tolerate getting your room canceled with no notification don't try to stay at this place.

The best place for backpackers situated just a stone throw from the Forbidden City. There are a few quite good restaurants nearby. Stuff is very helpful and everybody speaks English. They also help to arrange excursions to many places of interests (also to Tibet) and tickets to opera, kung-fu etc. Rooms are quite clean and all have windows but some go out to next building which is half meter far from and it makes the room dark, so not easy to wake up in the morning. I can definitely recommend this place!

酒店说他们只接待外国客人不在国内搞宣传，可我到了之后才发现什么样的人都接待。房间小的不能在小了，大床房是用两张小床拼在一起的，窗户也非常小根本就看不到外面的景色。在房间不开灯就不知道是白天还是黑天，里面也没有什么设施非常简陋。酒店根本谈不上有什么服务，看着服务员都很忙，都坐在一起聊天。给我印象挺失望的，酒店实际的情况跟价格完全不符合。

氛围比较轻松活泼，因为基本上住在那里的背包客比较多，酒店就会在晚上的时候，组织一些活动搞个聚会什么的，然会顾客可以参与其中，这是比较有意思的一点。酒店的服务人员态度比较好，也非常的客气，这感觉不错。酒店的房间里没有电话，但是电视、空调什么的还是都有的。它的位置比较好，离天安门、王府井都是很近的。

住宿的两个星期前,我们预订了这里。当我们打电话确认我们的到来,他们告诉我们,他们已经取消了我们的预订!这让我们一家六口非常担心露宿街头。所以除非你能容忍没有得到通知就取消你的房间,否则不要尝试住在这个地方。

really good and friend staff. great bar.little be cold in the lobby.but room is ok.the great wall if you stay more then 3days you can get 5% off discount .compare other here is good loction and cheaper
