小心这家酒店哦。最不好的就是在他们酒店的主页上提到得设施(健身房,游泳池等)都没有说明要另收高额的费用。事实上这些设施并不归酒店所有。酒店只是坐落于四季青公园里。门票是每人一次70元人民币,或者你花更多的钱办一张月票(大约100到120欧元)。在我看来,这纯粹是个骗局。 但房间非常好,酒店服务员每天会帮你清理房间,洗碗,空调也非常制冷。所以如果你要找个舒服的房间,我们推荐它。但是,如果对那些设施感兴趣的话,在以预定之前一定要先打电话酒店询问费用。酒店里地铁站很近,是北京最中心的一条路线。我们去哪里都很方便。 事实上,这家酒店试图隐瞒潜在的费用,所以一般来说我不会向朋友推荐这家酒店。

刚来的时候打酒店的电话订的，但是酒店前台的服务员告诉我说是没有房间了，于是我就打了艺龙的电话，艺龙给我推荐的也是这家酒店，我就说那里没有房间了，可是他们就说，你只管去好了，那里有房间。其实我来这里办了一张会员卡，说是有会员卡入住价位是给打折的，之前我一直是通过酒店订房间，入住价位一直都是六百多，这一次也是无意中打的艺龙电话，艺龙还不知道我是会员呢，入住价位只有三百多，之前的那几次入住，我多花了好多钱，这个让我感觉很不好，他们的服务员感觉有一种欺骗行为了。不过房间里面还是不错的，还有厨具什么的，都可以免费用，房间面积也是比较大，总的来说设施这方面还是很不错的。

We booked this hotel on line for one week at ¥480 per night. We arrived in the rain in a taxi to learn that the taxi could not drive us (and our luggage to the door). We walked in the rain with our 4 suit cases and 2 computers to the building, across the courtyard. The first serviced apartment we saw was a studio and was totally unacceptably small and uncomfortable (no place to sit other than the bed or desk). We upgraded to a one bedroom that we took for the night at ¥680 (a price that we thought was outrageous). The reception desk was unpleasant to deal with (English was not spoken much). The people showed an inflexibility that was annoying. With much effort, we determined that the price the front desk would be willing to give us for the one bedroom serviced apartment was ¥590 per night (about ¥100 less than the on line reservation system). The front desk said that they would have to have an e-mail confirmation from the on line reservation service to cancel our original reservation and to give us the new price for the 6 remaining days of our original booking. The front desk "professed" not to know anything about the on line reservation system on what appears to be their own website. We did get the ¥590 price per night. We agree that the exhorbitant additional charges for the use of the gym and the pool were not obvious on the hotel's website. That was annoying. (About 90% of the light bulbs in our apartment were not working. The sink area in the bathroom was in desperate need of renovation.) We liked these things about the hotel: the location except that it was very, very far from the nearest subway stop the storage in the small apartment was excellent the air conditioning worked it was quiet the cable internet worked On our departure, we learned that a taxi could be called (by a nice woman in the LaSalle Management office for the complex not by the terrible reception desk) and it could be allowed to drive into the parking garage where we would meet the taxi with all of our luggage on a cart. So our departure was more pleasant than our arrival.

没有人评价，我写一些评价吧。住了4天酒店，感觉很好。干净，舒适，位于住宅区里面。离地铁挺近的，打车去机场55元（包括过路费），其他地方12-20元左右，可以2元地铁。<br />附近有一家东坡饭店，强烈推荐，物美价合理。<br /><br />总之，如何下次去北京，还会考虑的，如果价格可以再便宜些。

这家不像是酒店，就更不用说5星级了，就是一个小区里的公寓，车进不去，酒店没挂牌，前台就是个小柜，还比不上个小旅馆，服务员都没见着一个，房间还不好找，要说的太多，总的一个字，“差”，太差，谁住谁后悔，我这是凭良心说话，去看了就知道我说的都是真的！！！

酒店式公寓，有很多人长期住这里，很多老外，很多狗狗，住起来很舒服，有家的感觉，房间宽敞，有洗衣机，微波炉的小厨房，不错不错，值得推荐。
