我们住的是观海标间，屋内设施很好，很显档次。酒点服务也非常好。酒点的地理位置非常棒，靠海，离海底世界和海博很近

国内外的酒店也住过不少。服务﹑设施﹑卫生如此之差的酒店倒是很难遇到的。房间里烟味、霉味﹑海腥味“交相辉映”，设备陈旧﹙电视机是新的﹚，卫生间里的浴帘霉得满是黑斑都无人问津。 早餐的稀饭那真够绝了，稀里哗啦得就像洗饭锅的水，拿勺子来个“海底捞月”都捞不上几粒米。不知这种稀到了根的超级稀饭是因为前一天的剩饭不够所造成的，还是每天的“必然规律”？ 可能是因为酒店具有得天独厚的临海位置才得以“皇帝的女儿不愁嫁”。反正敝人绝对不会再光顾这家酒店了。

&lt;P&gt;This hotel is very very very bad hotel (actually the worst hotel amongst the hundred something hotels I have stayed in before) in terms of hardware, software, services and price, etc. It is not recommeded for staying at all.&lt;/P&gt;<br />&lt;P&gt;Firstly, the standard room of the hotel I booked costs RMB288 a night, and the usable area is just about 10 sq. m., a very very small room indeed. Secondly, the room is without any window (there is a freak window whichI don't know lead to where behind the board, this casts a serious doubton the security). Thirdly, since the room is so small and there is no window, there is no air circulation inside the room, what is even worse was that the only thing I could turn on was heater, there was no air conditioning at all! (Even air in the corridor is much better than inside the room.) Most of the facilities inside the room is not working properly, including the refrigerator. The width of thebed is only about 80cm, which I was afraid that I would fall on the ground if I turn my body! Door access card for the hotel room was not working at all, and it took the hotel about 20 minutes to call an engineer to open the door for me (including 5 minutes to persuade the receptionist that I use the door access card properly). I have to go all the way up to the top floor,walk across the roof, then go downstairs to the floor my room is located. Since I could not found any fire exit in that annex building, this is yet another threat of life! And, even at 1:00 a.m. in the morning, there are still very loud music/noises from the nearby night club. When I try to discuss with the receptionist on all these issues, she even scolded me and said that I was crazy. This kind of treatment is what I neverhave had encountered from an employee in the service industry! Since I could not bare all these sub-standard services and room, I move to another hotel right-a-way and thehotel even charge me for RMB150! The hotel claimed that I checked in at 11:50p.m. and left at 1:20 a.m., whilst I clearly remember that the flight arrived around 11:10 p.m., and I took the airport bus and then taxi to the hotel, arriving around midnight, and it took the receptionist about 20 minutes to get me checked in. And, another 20 minutes to get into the hotel room with the assistance of the engineer because of the failure of the room door access card.&lt;/P&gt;<br />&lt;P&gt;All in all, a very very very bad hotel. If you enjoy fighting all the way with the hotel for the benefits you entitled, then you may check in with this hotel.&lt;/P&gt;<br />&lt;P&gt;I am also disappoint with eLong that could put this kind of hotel on its list for us to reserve. And eLong also try to stop me from putting on my adverse comment on this hotel by logging me out! This is my second time typing these comments. I am going to save these comments first in case I was forced logout this time, I can copy and paste these comments.&lt;/P&gt;<br />&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;<br />&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;<br />&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

地理位置很好，特价房间稍小，但很整洁干净，服务好

酒店位置很好，硬件设备有些陈旧，先后换了两个房间的窗户都关不严，海景房一侧的交通噪声挺大（尤其是夜间过大车的时侯），四百多元的房间不提供茶叶，要自己去外面买，吃早餐尽量要早去否则东西就很少了，周边交通非常方便四通八达。

圣地亚哥不能刷建行的银联卡很遗憾.其他方便还可以.尤其饭菜价格合理,但自助早餐须改进.

之前在网上预订说是海景房，等去了酒店的一楼一看根本都没有海景房，后来酒店有给我们找了个三楼的偏海景房，他们的经理出了这样的差错也不赖我们，后来就给我们的房价打了三折，我感觉这家酒店的服务态度非常好，尤其是前台人员还帮我们寄存东西，向他们问路的时候即使他们不知道也会继续在网上帮你查，或者是再问其他人。
