很不错的酒店，酒店工作人员也非常热情，从前台到打扫人员，态度都非常好。房间很大而且干净明亮，有厨房客厅和卧室，写字桌沙发茶几配套齐全，卫生间也不错，有浴缸和淋浴。电视墙的滑轨别具匠心，很方便，值得一赞。地理位置非常好，距离钟鼓楼不行5分钟之内均可到达，但又闹中取静，酒店内一点也不嘈杂。值得一提的是安全性。进入酒店必须有房卡才能乘坐电梯上楼，这样就避免了闲杂人员进入，让人很安心。价位在西安来说偏高，但是仍然值得推荐。

I have stayed in the Citadines hotel only one night but I was quite sattisfied. We stayed in the studio room and had a third person sleeping on the sofa bed. The service was good. We've been helped with opening the sofa bed and supplied with a third towel and glass. As it was an apart hotel we did make use of the kitchen which made the stay more homee. The location was quite good as well. Only minus was the breakfast as it was provided only to one person and too be honest the selection of food was not too big. Overall enjoyed the stay.

非常好的一家酒店。地点好，就在鼓楼对面。机场大巴也就在几步路就到。走路到古城墙南门也不太远大概20分钟。唯一不满就是在艺龙订购的时候写酒店有包一日游服务，但是到那边酒店却说没有。后来向酒店另外包了一辆车一日游RMB400。结果该司机没在我们同意下带我们看了2次蓝田玉。除此以外，我还是非常推荐这间酒店。
