云南是一个非常美丽的地方，前几天有幸前往。临行前在网上看着点评锁定了住处。远眺楼座不咋惹眼，进大厅，走过道，入房间，顿感豪华，典雅，温馨。凑巧，离店匆忙，水杯丢在房间，又考证了服务。从电话联系，一周后返回前台，到五楼客服，9070服务员，都让我们非常满意。下次赴滇，入住照旧。

<P>We checked on 20 July afternoon and were surprised to find that the air conditioning was not working. We asked why and were toldthat the air conditioning will only be available from 7 to 9pm. It wasvery hot and stuffy inside the room. We also asked to change the room but were told the hotel was full! We were very upset on the arrangement though the room itself was ok. The service is not customer oriented at all!!!</P>

两次去昆明出差，都选择了该酒店，感觉里面的设施有些旧，不过地理位置好，市中心，出门办事情方便价格相对合适！
