This hotel is great in customer service, especially the shift manager, Ms Lai 黎姑娘. We are very happy with the location, hotel envirnoments with good view at the west tower in the 1930's archectural structure.<br /><br />The nightly events on chinese opera singing, contemporary music, revolving resturant at the top floor, bars and jazz club dining were great. <br /><br />One negective comment on this hotel was that we found roaches crewing in the room, and the air supply vent was blowing to the head broad area in the bed causing some uncomfortable while sleeping.<br /><br />Price was right.
