酒店环境及设施都还好，只是现在南方没有暖空调

酒店位置环境都不错，缺点是上网会单独收费，而且新装修味道较大。自助餐都不错，不过不带游泳池。旁边有温泉，是休闲的好地方。

I wonder why this hotel is so lowly ranked. It's a 5 star international chain with overall decent service. Check in was alright, and the club floor room was rather large. Just some percularities - the tap water smells and tastes like industrial glue for the 1st 5 seconds. let the water run for a while first before you brush. The shower pressure is less than ideal. And housekeeping took my shirt without me filling in the laundry form. The more positive aspects were that they managed to return my shirt after I called, and the fruit platter was a nice touch. The room service breakfast and lunch buffet were slightly above average. It certainly beats most of the local china hotels, but may pale to the truly 5 stars of the world

环境非常好，房间干净整洁，很多小细节很人性化，服务也好！温泉很宜人，在一天的劳累之后泡泡温泉，再在温暖的大床上美美的睡上一觉，的确很享受啊。就是地方都点难找哦。

新开酒店，地理位置优越，皇冠假日一贯的品牌优势。一期已基本完成。房间很大气，员工服务也很好！就是好像因为客流还不多的原因，早餐品种及数量都略显单薄。希望今后能有所改进。
