Reception: Warm, welcoming but actually quite poor english, sorry folks. Room: Comfortable. Restaurants: There are two. The first one on the ground floor is supposedly "European", the menu however very narrow minded. I mean that if I want to eat a burger, I go to McDonalds. The Service is somewhat to be desired and never try to eat after 21:00hrs! The second restaurant in the first floor we never got to try - closed or just closing. I find it quite disgraceful as business people don´t tend to eat at normal times - or do we do something wrong! Bar: One bar - expensive - and the service is snail pace. Location: OK, because you can get anywhere with a taxi or the underground. Sight seeing: If you have time its a great city. All in All: Maybe we stayed during a period where things just didn´t happen, but I will most certainly choose another hotel the next time.

With my many business trips before and leisure trips after retirement, I am a seasoned traveler. My wife and I stayed 8 nights in Jadelink hotel while spent 6 days visiting the 2010 Expo. Jadelink Hotel, a boutique 4-star hotel, away from the “High-Rent” district, was our home away from home. We found it homely, comfortable and convenient, and completely satisfied with our stay. Because of the many hours of walking inside the Expo, we especially appreciate a clean, quiet room that has a comfortable bed. We had all that and then some: we had thick cotton bathrobe to change into and relax, big thick cotton towel to dry ourselves after a refreshing shower, superbly comfortable pillow to sleep on and perfect firmness mattress for a restful night. Then there is the in-room HD TV with CNN, CNBC and BBC plus free, high-speed internet and WiFi connectivity to keep in touch. We also wanted convenience and had that too. The hotel is only five minutes walk from the nearest subway station. They also provide a shuttle service upon request. We took the ultra modern subway to the Expo everyday. It only cost 4 Yuen and beats the surface traffic! The in-house dining too was a great convenience. In the morning there was a buffet breakfast (included) that provide adequate nutrition to get going. For days that we went to the Expo after lunch, the hotel lunch, “All you can eat Hong Kong style Dim Sum” (with 108 varieties) was outstanding. Their signature desserts were out of this world! In the evening, the hotel has two dining venues: foreign and Chinese. The Chinese restaurant served gourmet meals. One night we had a sumptuous dinner (featuring whole suckling pig) in one of their elegant private room with friends. It was a memorable event indeed. The hotel staff was well trained, speak good English, and provide good service. They took care of our Expo tickets. They even called a taxi to the airport and negotiated a good price for us.

无线上网会提供很多的方便，这个酒店就是无线网线。这样的话我们两个人在房间里面不用路由器就能两台电脑同时上网了，感觉很方便。房间里面的设施都是比较新，比如说床和电视很好很新。提供的服务不错，比如说在大堂里面提供了叫车服务。房间里面的环境不错，大堂的装修也比较好，住在这个酒店里面感觉比较舒服。

这个房间我是第一次住，感觉一般，位置有点偏，但价格还好，基本设施也挺齐全，就是床有点硬，还有网络不是很稳定，上网经常中断。服务员的态度较好叫了几次上来帮我搞网络，速度都挺快，也比较热情。

酒店很干净很新。装修风格已经有万豪的感觉了。 床很舒服。就是价格稍有些贵。 酒店销售部门的MOMO LIU 服务很好！ 是个帅哥！^_^ 门口是单行道，要注意！

酒店的价格比较合理，这边的交通也挺方便的，是个闹中取静的地方吧。酒店的特色是卫生感觉挺干净的。酒店的早餐还行，是自助式的，房间里的设施基本都是新的，这的网速还可以，总体印象还是比较好的。
