to make sure their management understand what I met in this hotel, I am here re-telling the story. I booked 2 rooms and 1 extra room for a friend for one day, spent arround 9000 RMB in 3 days there, only because my kid( who is only 3.8 years old) painted a little in the bed blanket(use ball pen), I was requested to pay RMB 310 for washing the blanket. I chose to buy the blanket back(only cotton white textile,worth I think at most 50),not accepted, I paid 200 finally without getting the textile, the service attitude was very arrogant, I was totaly insulted

地理位置非常好，我们预定的超级海景房真的超好，一拉开窗帘整个鼓浪屿尽收眼底，感觉太棒了，设施也非常完善，周边离中山路也很近，离码头也不远，非常好，下次去的话还会考虑这里的

酒店的设施很好,但是服务很一般,特别是停车管理....是酒店的客人还会被拒绝停车,,,感觉停车管理员服务素质很底...

酒店位置非常好，打开窗户就能看见海，的确是海景房，服务态度需改进，没有体现出五星，酒店还是非常不错。非常的新，各项设施都非常好，就是价格能在便宜点就好了。
