它们属于一个五星级的酒店，其实也没什么，我们只是住了一个晚上，当时是晚上过去的，第二天早上就离开了，所以好多都不是很了解，只是觉得他们的环境还可以，服务一般般，卫生也都还可以，房间的质量采光也都一般，我们当时也没有在酒店里面用餐，出去外面吃饭觉的还蛮方便的，外面吃饭的地方也挺多的，地理位置还可以。

From check-in to check-out the service was simply outstanding. As a foreigner visiting Houjie for the first time, I was completely at ease with the help of the staff: a personal escort to a VISA friendly ATM (other than hotels almost all establishments, including shopping malls, restaurants, etc.. don't take VISA or Mastercards in Dongguan), hiring, at very reasonable prices, a driver, making sure I went to the best places to dine whenever I inquired, updating me on all my small requests. Beyond that, you could tell they were always happy to help (nothing forced or over-enthusiastic) and took pride in their work - the type of service you experience at Peninsula and Mandarin hotels. My co-worker stayed at the Sheraton, which definitely had better facilities (restaurants, gym and general layout) but he even admitted he was surprised by the service at Kande. Initially, I was going for the Sheraton but through Ctrip I found that I could stay at Kande's Executive Suite on the top floor for around the same price of a regular room at the Sheraton. Anyhow, the suite was pretty sweet (no cheese intended), furnished with a working area (desktop computer, printer), jacuzzi bathroom, and living room. Toilet was in a separate room with its own sink but still connected to the bathroom and living area. The place kinda reminds of a plush MGM Vegas suite. It was double the size of my co-worker's space at the Sheraton. Another pro is the hotel is right smack middle of downtown Houjie, so everything, from restos to shops, is pretty much comfortable walking distance. The Sheraton's location not bad but it's across a wide road from all the shops and takes at least 10 mins to walk to the heart of Houjie. As much as I've been praising the hotel, there are a few disadvantages. The Kande's elevator is just plain old with a musty carpet smell. English is spoken by more staff at the Sheraton (both places still struggle a little with English but if you converse slowly all is fine). Kande's bathroom was huge but the amenities were lacking. Only one bar of hand soap is provided and it's in the toilet room. How about the bathroom sinks? There should be bars of soap there too. A tissue dispenser was in the toilet room but none in the bathroom. The windows were thick and blocked out all the noise from outside but they had a weird yellow tint and oddly shaped that made it uncomfortable to look down at the streets. Good thing it did not block out the sunlight. Although I was not staying at a regular room, I walked past one and it's tiny compared to the suite. Despite these gripes, I can see a dollar brings you alot further at Kande. The service was second to none. However, on a room to room comparison, I'll have to go with Sheraton even with the mark-up and internet surcharges. But for the price, I would grab a Kande suite over a Sheraton room anyday. Personally, I like staying at global brand hotels (Hyatts, Starwoods, etc...) to feel comfortable, expect a certain standard of service and cleanliness, but from now on I'll have to see what the price of a regular room of a 5-star big chain hotel buys me elsewhere.

从入住到离开,这里的服务真是太棒了啊!我是第一次来这里,而且是外国人,所以有工作人员的帮助真是太好了,工作人员会全程陪伴你,带你去ATM取款机(除了酒店其他的地方),还有购物中心、饭店等等 ,在东莞不用带VISA信用卡。你可以以非常低廉的价格雇一台车,这样可以确保随时随地的去最好的就餐地点。工作人员会答应我的所有小请求,除了这些,一旦你有事时,他们总是乐于帮忙(没有一丝的不愿意和矫揉造作),他们为自己的工作和你在半岛酒店和官方酒店所享受到的服务而自豪。 我的同事住在喜来登酒店,那里的各项设施会好一些(饭店,健身房,总体布局),但是他也承认康帝酒店的服务真是太好了啊! 首先,我本想去喜来登酒店的,但是通过携程旅游网我发现我可以以同样的价格在康帝酒店的顶层获得一个行政套间,而在喜来登酒店就是一个标准间。不管怎么样,套间就是好啊(没开玩笑),工作区配置了电脑桌和打印机,浴室是极可意的,卧室也不错。卫生间是在不同的一个房间,有独立的洗手池,而且是与浴室卧室相连的。康帝让我想起了拉斯维加斯的豪华米高梅套间,房间的空间是我同事在喜来登酒店房间的二倍。 酒店的另一个优点就是它就在市中心的后面,所以去所有的地方都很近,从饭店到商店,走几步就能到,非常的方便。喜来登酒店的位置也不错,但是需要穿过一条很宽的路才能到商店,要去市中心至少要走上十分钟啊! 尽管我一直在表扬这家酒店,但是还是有一些缺点的,这家酒店的电梯很老,里面的地毯会发出发霉的气味,喜来登酒店会说英语的工作人员要比这里多(但是两个地方在英语上还需提高啊,但是你慢点说,他们还是都会听懂的)。这间酒店的浴室很大,但是设施很差,只有一个香皂盒,卫生间也是一样。浴室的洗手池上怎么会没有啊?这样的地方应该都有的。卫生间有纸架,但是厕所没有。窗户的玻璃很厚,听不到外界的噪音,但是为什么要涂上黄色的油漆呢,非常的奇怪,形状也很奇特,向街道下望时很不舒服。还好它不是完全不透明的,阳光可以照进来。尽管我住的不是标准间,但是我看到过一个,与套间相比非常的小。 尽管有这些抱怨,但是在这家酒店消费还是满值的!服务没的说!很棒!然而,要是拿房间对比的话,我还是会选喜来登的,加价和收取额外的上网费我也愿意,但是对于价格来说,我还是宁愿选择这家酒店的套间而不是喜来登的标准间。就我个人而言,我还是喜欢住在全球著名的品牌酒店里(君越酒店、喜达屋酒店等等),这样感觉起来会很舒服,可以期盼一种高标准的服务和洁净。但是从现在起,我要看看一家大型五星级连锁酒店标准间的的价格到底是多少,这样可以与其他酒店的房间比较一下!!!我要性价比啊!!!

做的相当的整洁，在东莞我住过那么多酒店像，虎门国际大酒店，长安国际大酒店，包括假日包括喜来登包括香格里拉都住过但是这个酒店非常好，他没有豪华的大堂但是他的细节文化做的及好，他一进去都有自己的杂志、文化、媒体，到客人进入房间很多细节做的都非常棒，因为他不像五星级酒店有很大的大堂所以降低了他的星级是四星，但是他的房间包括他的走廊他的很多摆设很有艺术品味，这个做的很好。

我们是签协议的它这什么都方便，地理位置、设施、酒店服务、价格、房间装修都很好，属于中式酒店，我住这个酒店好多年了，可是他的房间还是很漂亮，什么都很舒服，房间20几平米，他们的服务员都挺好啊我感觉，笑容啊、你需要什么特别的东西啊他们都会帮你，自带餐厅都不怎么样，附近的餐厅挺好的，什么特色的都有，步行几分钟就可以到的，购物啊、什么超市啊都有，还有美容。
