Spent a girls' weekend here and was rather underwhelmed, especially as compared to stays at Mandarin Orientals in other cities. The hotel seems ideally suited to a girls' weekend -- it's a bit off the beaten track and has no casino so it is like a little tranquil oasis away from the neon lights and mobs of people. (Do not stay here if you are looking for that Vegas-hotel-like experience as this hotel will definitely disappoint.) The spa was truly indulgent -- especially as we had the place pretty much to ourselves and had the full attention of the staff. However, the rooms were rather disappointing. The room was very quiet and had comfortable beds, a big bathroom with its own tv, and a coffeemaker that is a huge step above the kettle + instant coffee. But the twin beds were on the small side and the room was very cramped (it seemed as large (or as small) as the bathroom). There are no plug outlets for a hair dryer in the bathroom and no hair dryer already installed, so we had to use the outlet at the desk which was rather inconvenient. And the toilet was in this oddly dark little cubicle in the bathroom. The strangest part of our stay, however, was the fact that we were referred to the neighboring hotel, the MGM Grand, for things that the Mandarin did not have. E.g., when we went to catch a taxi to go to a show across town, the doorman rather rudely told us that taxis don't come to the hotel (as if this were a ridiculous expectation) and that we had to catch one "down the street." We finally ascertained that "down the street" meant walking next door to the MGM Grand, where (like one would expect from any normal hotel) there are plenty of doormen more than happy to call a taxi for you, if taxis are not already queued up. Similarly, in case you need cash for taxis, the hotel has no ATMs and they'll just refer you next door to the MGM Grand. If you are travelling by ferry, there currently are no shuttles or buses at the terminal to take you to and from the hotel like you'll find for the other hotels in the area (like the MGM Grand), so don't go looking for one. And given the newness of the hotel, taxi drivers are likely to think you are staying at the other Mandarin Oriental hotel and will have no idea where this hotel is -- until you tell them "MGM Grand." A few minor things that hopefully will be resolved once the hotel is open for a few more months (or years) but we were left wondering why we shouldn't just stay at the MGM Grand. If we had spent our entire stay in the hotel spa, I would have rated this hotel as excellent -- but everything outside of the spa failed to live up to our expectations, based on the name, cost, and the many other 5* hotels available in Macau.

我们在这里住了一晚,水疗套餐价格中包含有2.5小时的水疗——非常享受。我们住在俱乐部客房,可以进入俱乐部休息室——傍晚时有自主饮料,整天都有点心和咖啡,还包括可爱的早餐。服务是酒店最大的优点——工作人员在我们逗留期间为我们尽力服务,真的很有帮助。房间有点过时,但有你所需要的一切,舒适的床铺和宽敞的空间。有迹象显示直到11月底都在翻新,但我们住的房间远离电梯,什么也听不见。游泳池是酒店最好的设施之一——非常休闲。不要再酒店的餐厅用餐,但可以去酒吧喝点鸡尾酒——非常不错,而且有一些特别的品种。经过澳门塔(Macau Tower)走进市区,但建议乘坐出租车,因为路很长,也不是最好的线路……噢,在俱乐部套餐,可以免费乘坐豪华轿车去你选择的地方,记得利用这点。

昨天刚从澳门返回,觉得这次旅行的亮点就是这家酒店~服务非常周到! 度假房的家具我超爱死了,虽然是老酒店,一点也不觉得房间旧,家具的款式和材质我很喜欢,古朴又不失典雅!! 早餐也不错!!健身房又干净!设施也不错! 总的来说都很好~度过了开心的三天两夜!

服务棒极了。我们最近住这里,最为家庭假期的一部分。服务很出色,无论是清洁工、 Bella Vista咖啡馆的侍者、前台还是搬运工,每个人都彬彬有礼,友好助人,竭尽全力使我们住得舒服。

对酒店也还满意。在澳门这种寸土寸金的地方，这个价格能在周末住到四星，还行吧。游泳池是免费的，大堂有一些名牌店，如LV,CARTIER,OMEGA,HERMES等。不过我订的价格貌似偏贵了，其它住客说九百多订到了 值得推荐的是早晨吃的比较舒服 感觉还好~

我对酒店的第一感觉就是很沉稳,让人放松。澳门很多酒店都是金碧辉煌、豪华绚烂的,但这里从大堂到客房,风格都很沉稳,即使长时间待着也能放松心情,我很是喜欢。 自助式早餐也无可挑剔,而且客房里的日用品也一应俱全。离渡轮码头也很近,还可以走路去市中心。而且澳门打的也非常便宜,走累了的时候打的也花不了多少钱。 下次还有机会去澳门的话,我还想来这里住。

从09年8月起,文华东方就改名为金丽华了。而新的文华东方将在两年后于米高梅附近开业。我一年前也来过澳门,当时住的是威尼斯人和威斯汀。而这次我是听说即使住在市中心也能体会度假氛围,才决定来这家酒店的。我订房时这里还是文华东方,而现在改成金丽华了,我一开始还有点不安。但事实证明我错了,我在这里度过了相当舒适美好的时光。 特别值得推荐的是充满了度假气息的泳池。不但大,而且即使在泳池吃东西,价格也很合理,真是Good!而且我还去了泳池边上的健身房,也很干净,还可以免费喝运动饮品,感觉特别值。 在新的文华东方开业前,这里依然由文华东方的员工为主来运营。 真是一家出色的值得推荐的度假酒店。

游泳池-很放松,很适合小孩子。房间-干净,而且床保证良好的睡眠质量。食物——一定好试试Serradurra,或者蛋糕店的面包和蛋白。总的来说-服务很不错,环境很安静,靠近渡轮。

2008/12/30,我们夫妇带着四岁的孩子和一岁的孩子在这里住了两天。我的孩子还小,不能去餐厅吃早饭,就叫了便宜的客房服务(1500~3000日元左右,105~210元),还能免费借到婴儿车。第一天早上8点半左右,房间里听到一阵装修的声音,很吵。当时我们的旅程也接近尾声了,就想好好放松一下,就准备下午出门观光,和4岁的孩子一起去了泳池。小一点的孩子好像很困,妻子就陪他一起睡了。天气很冷,但是温水按摩浴缸很不错。SPA也很好。我还把大孩子寄在儿童屋里(住客能免费使用4小时),自己回了房间,发现妻子和另一个孩子不见了!孩子的鞋子还在,到底去哪儿了呢?我急忙打电话,妻子接了电话,声音很困的样子。原来她们被装修的声音吵得睡不着,就向日本员工反映,这位员工就让她们去15楼的行政楼层睡了。太感动了。下午观光回来之后,房间里还有一张婴儿床,还有一个熊猫娃娃。住得非常开心。这里的行政楼层好像是可以畅饮啤酒的。下次还想住。太感谢这位日本员工了。

这家酒店的员工表现特别好。我是乘坐渡船从香港来澳门的,当时到得特别早,他们很照顾我,因为我原来的房间还没准备好,就给我升级到了更好的房间。我想去一些与众不同的地方,礼宾处用汉语给我写下了所有的细节信息,这样一来,我就算是不会说广东话和葡萄牙语,也能很方便地找到地方,打车也不会有什么困难。 这家酒店的地理位置相当优越——澳门所有的赌场都在步行可及的范围内,去市中心的话打车很快就到,而且酒店隔壁还有从Sands赌场到Cotai的班车,住在这里出行很方便。酒店设施非常好——购物中心有点奇怪,没有什么人过去,但是泳池和桑拿房那边的人都不少。 这家酒店唯一的不足是房间的风格有点老。房间里还是嵌入墙内的衣橱和老旧的地毯,看上去仿佛是上个世纪七十年代留下来的老东西了。
