酒店还不错，因为靠近火车站附近，有点吵，但是去火车站很方便，对面有2 路车，去景点也很方便！房间小了点，但挺干净的！

是个老酒店重新装修的 比想象的要好 据说是4星还没评下来 价钱比很多三星级都便宜 地段也不错很方便走去火车站只要几分钟 PS：对面一家螺蛳粉味道不错

扇形的房间，比较特别，空间度不错，大概二十几平米，不到三十平米。装修挺新的，酒店是新装修的。房间内部卫生还行，个人比较注重床上用品的卫生，因为也算是一个准星级的酒店了。服务方面可以，没想我提供帮助。周边环境还行，酒店处于繁华地区，但是隔音效果还是不错的。交通很方便，一下来就有公车站、出租车，火车站离饭店也就几百米。酒店有停车场，蛮大的，停车挺方便的。酒店提供网线，网速还可以。桂林是一个旅游城市，消费会比其他城市高一点，性价比还是可以的。

Certainly not for English speaking guest as there were no English speaking staff. You'll get a shoulder shrug and they get on with their business. Had 7 rooms, 3 nights booked, Thu, Sat and Sun. Tried to book a room for Fri so we can just leave our bags but hotel wanted to charge us for 2 nights as check-out was 1200 for Fri and check-in for Sat was not until 1500. The staff got angry when we thought he did not understand he was going to basically charge us a night for the 3 hrs between checkout for Fri and checkin for Sat. Room was small, warm and cigarette smell. Fridge was not plugged in as the plug was different from the outlet. No shower cover/door so the whole bathroom gets wet. The sitting lounge in the lobby was noisy with a goup of young people speaking loudly, one without shirt and another with shirt folded up with his tummy showing. The staff did nothing to quiet them. No internet in the rooms or the loung in the lobby but a little spot at the check-in desk. On checkin, make sure nothing is missing in the room, and on checkout make sure to walk through your room with them. The hotel wanted to charged us for a pair of slipper which they claimed was missing from the room, a tower which they claimed had an unremoveable stain and a missing face tower. Tried to cancel our Sat night but did not have 24 hr notice for refund but did manage to cancel Sun night.

上上个月的时候我去的时候酒店在重新装修，根本就没有办法去住了，也只有酒吧部分在营业了。因为是旅游城市，所以服务也就没法说了。酒店也靠近瓦窑的。酒店的整个格局比较的好，如果你打开房间的门的话你基本上可以看到整个风景，而且眼前的感觉非常的好。酒店好像在湖中间一样你沿着走道往前走的话还可以到很多的小亭，而且你还可以在小亭里面就餐，有的时候你还可以到下面去跑步的，酒店的位置也蛮好的。如果你从机场下来的话到酒店开车也就20-30分钟，而且酒店周边有很多物流这也挺方便的，而且它离我去的公司也很近。但是感觉酒店的设备也不是很好，虽然有点陈旧但是也是可以理解的。不过服务上我感觉他们考虑的不是很全面的，因为我们去玩的话可能会大包小包的买很多东西但是酒店却不能做到帮忙托运跟送到指定的地点，而很多酒店都是可以代办的，所以它这点不是很好。
