有很多特殊地质地形可参观~小台湾.大狮屿.双心石沪.望夫石...到岛上其实可以租机车就好不需要搭乘岛上的游览车~只是怕晒的人在夏天去要做好准备就是了~

If you are in Penghu than definitely take a day out to see some of the outlaying islands. Qimei has a a bit of an isolated feel, this is by no means a secret paradise type place, people live and work here and it's popular with Taiwanese tourists, but my feelings as a Westerner was it was quite "back and beyond", albeit with cars and satellite tv's., and jetskiing on one of the beaches.The first time I came here in 2009 I got scorched by the sun whilst riding a motorcycle around, and be warned that there is not a lot of natural barrier to the sun here. My visit last month (in supposed winter) was much more comfortable.Lonely Planet publications had a piece in 2012 about the "world's secret islands", a top ten list that contained Penghu. I remember reading it thinking that the number of foreign tourists coming to visit would explode, but it was still just the sprinkling number of tourists on my most recent visit and, perhaps, even less due to the coolness of the weather.The people are fantastic. Taiwanese in general are some of the friendliest people on earth and those on Qimei are no exception. There'll go out of their way to help you and those with no Mandarin needn't worry.Qimei also contains a tiny airport and it's funny to go and visit here.

Take a ferry from the big(ger) island to Cimeiyu and find yourself completely lost! I... don't speak mandarin, and my husband's is very... limited. Luckily, the locals were quite accommodating and helped us a lot.We initially paid for a tour that boasted your own scooter and whatnot. We're not good on scooters, and would much rather rent a car and avoid the risk of crashing into something or someone. They obliged. Instead of letting us borrow one of their cars, they just went ahead and made one of their guys drive us around all day. Best decision ever. It started raining as we left the dock.I guess the thing to do here is to experience Vietnamese/Taiwanese fusion cuisine-- a thing that recently happened after Vietnamese brides were brought to Taiwan. Food's OK. Conversation is far more interesting. Strike up a conversation with these girls in Mandarin or Vietnamese! Gaining a new perspective is definitely worth the trip.Twin-hearts, Little Taiwan, temples, etc. yeah, they're good for pictures, but we just drove by them. Far more interested in the wandering goats sprinkled across the island. Our guide said they're used primarily for meat, so I guess goat milk hasn't become the cool thing to do here, yet. Food at the pier is as good as food elsewhere. I'd skip the sea-urchin fried rice. Sure, it sounds delicious. But... I'm not entirely sure how fresh my urchin was. =( Do try their soft serves though!

Nice beach for snorkeling and the stone weir and rocks are absolutely beautiful!! The corals are still recovering from the deadly cold winter of 2008, but it is still beautiful and worth to see. Different from Kenting or Liuqiu.

Went to this island as part of our ferry day trip (to Wang An and Qi Mei islands). It was nice to explore the island on scooter. The feel on the island is quite different from other parts of Taiwan. There are several sights to stop by - Twin-Hearts Weir Stone, Little Taiwan, temples etc. As we rode around the island, we saw some cows and goats!! There are also food options near the pier.

I spent 3 days purely in Cimei and had a bike ride around the island. It's such a beautiful island with lots of natural beauty around, especially its basalt landscape along the west and east coasts. Never miss its sunset view which is gorgeous.

諸島をめぐるフェリーツアーの最後の目的地でした。のどかな島を我々はレンタルバイクで回りました。有名なダブルハートや小台湾などの見所があります。この島は海水の透明度もピカイチだったように思うので、次はゆっくりとどまってみたいです。また、このツアーに参加する日本人の方へ。たぶん、日本語も英語も通じないので、島に着いたら、島を離れる時間を必ず船のスタッフに尋ねておくと良いでしょう。漢字でたずねれば大丈夫です。スタッフの方はとても気さくで親切です。
