内洞森林步道是个老少咸宜的步道，步道整理平缓，部份路段还设置无障碍坡道，不时看见推坐轮椅的残疾人士也来这片森林园区纾展身心。着实没想到会看到水泥路面！虽然好走，但，原山原林就该保留原道，至少是碎石、自然落叶混泥土、林木筑建步道，才不致伤害山林涵养水量、防碍树根自然生展。内洞步道一侧是植物生态、一侧是溪流岩岸，湍湍而行的溪水，传达着南势溪孕育的生命活力。没来内洞，很难像想这里有65种蕨类，浑然天成多样、迷人的森林生态景观。蕨类寄生笔筒树，贯穿到凉亭屋顶，形成一个特殊的景观。走进山林总有拍不完的＂生态~~＂。这里的生物好有趣，金假都不怕伦类，安适的停在观景台扶栏上，十足十满足旅客的拍照欲。趁著走访福山部落，也一并体验一下这内洞森林步道的芬多精，以及被票选最美瀑布的三层内洞瀑布。内洞溪是南势溪中上游的一条小支流，由东往西流，所经地形变化多，坡降陡，水流湍急，与南势溪汇流处，因内洞溪河床坡降连续变陡，而形成三层瀑布。

内洞位于乌来再进去,目前沿路樱花盛开,尤其到停车场前种了不少樱花树,进入风景区,不需要很费力就可以抵达瀑布区,不像其他景点要到美景需要跋山涉水一番,如果欣赏瀑布美景后,想自我挑战的话,也有森林浴登山步道,但目前仍有部分路段(观景步道)尚未修复完成,因此只能原处折返,倘若有人不想登山,瀑布区就是最佳游憩美景区!

三层瀑布的芬多精居全台之冠的内洞森林游乐区，是一个风景优美，夏天避暑的好地方，园区内除了往乌来的山路外，其他地方来回不用2小时可以逛一圈，想单纯享受森林浴&听瀑的人很适合一游

1.适合带全家人来森林浴,步道平缓直很容易达到瀑布(芬多精)2.但如果要爬完整个登山步道,就需要费点力爬坡3.如坐大众运输要道达不便,需步行约2小时才可以从公车站到达

I have been travelling to Taiwan for 15 years, mostly to Taipei on business trips, and I always enjoyed coming here. Taipei however, runs short after a few visits, so I am very happy to have found that Taipei area have much else to offer, if you are willing to travel for a few hours.One of the gems that you can find is the Neidong Waterfall park, which is only just 1 hour away from Taipei. The nature there is so rich, so you feel you are back in time, before civilization. The easiest way to go there is to arrange for a private driver to take you there and to wait for you there. At the park you buy a cheap entrance ticket, and follow the easy trail toward the waterfall. You walk along a beautiful river, that has a color that is indescribably, but for sure very pretty. After a short walk you will reach an endpoint, where you can see the waterfalls and relax to the sound of water.If you want more exercise there is a trail toward the top of the mountain, but I tell you, it is endless, so like all of the people I meet there, me too, I gave up regardless of my initial determination. The trip however is very enjoyable.After this trip into wonder nature, it is a good present to yourself, if you let your driver take you to nearby Wulai town, where you can ind numerous good eating places and hot spring hotels to recover your strength. Do not skip this part, you will remember forever
