出火特别景观是有点特别的, 不过周围设施简陋规模又小,又没有合适的配套教材或讲解, 反而有些人在那里烤爆谷的大刹风景(见图),我的结论是可去可不去.......顺道经过不妨一看, 山长水远则可不必了

在这地方由于天然气不断流动，出火口亦时有不同，火燄虽不是很大，但亦曾发生灼伤游人事件，故到访此地时要加倍小心。

出火............. 垦丁是个无奇不有的地方，冬天有东北季风造成的落山风，夏天的台风也经常从此地登陆，在垦丁半岛的地底下，还蕴藏了天然气，出火就是天然气冒出地表，经过点火燃烧的现象，当地人视为奇观。 出火-垦丁出火-自然奇观恒春出火(垦丁出火)位于恒春镇东门外是台湾一种特殊的泥火山景观，此地缘出于凿井时意外发现有天然气自然冒出，如同地底不断溢出的瓦斯气，经点火后火焰绵绵不熄，堪称奇观，因此引来各地不少游客到此观看。

在恒春郊外,有个地方,会从地面喷出天然气,然后自然生火。因为地名就叫“出火”,很是稀罕,所以我就来看了。地方就在从高雄到垦丁途中的恒春附近,租车开过去的话,看地图应该就可以了。但是最重要的出火奇观,我到现场一看,感觉有点失望。穿过草原,又爬下有点倾斜的山间后看到的,只不过是空地上的篝火般的东西罢了(失敬!)。虽然还有不少游客,但居然有大妈直接用那火烤红薯和鸡蛋来卖给游客,我吓了一跳。不过,毕竟还是个稀罕的地方,所以旅游时顺便过来看看也是不错的。另外,附近还有一个射击场,没有许可证也能随便开枪,我还真没想过除了美国之外还有可以开枪的地方。因为也很稀罕,所以我又不禁过去玩了。

walking down from the parking area and you'll see the area with the fire. Small place, if you had lots of time you can walk around here.

This place which is called 出火 in Chinese (this is quite helpful when you're looking for a sign to find it) is close to the town Hengchun (there is actually a sign right when you leave the town. When you arrive at the parking lot you can see vendors selling popcorn and corn. If you have children, buying popcorn to make it over the flames is probably a good idea. 出火 is a circular area in which gas comes up from the ground and burns at the surface. This is why it is especially. Interesting to go at night. If you are into photography, use the stones around the fire to place your camera on it and take some long exposure photographs. When you catch the movements of the flames in the wind as well as the glowing faces of people watching the fire the results can be quite amazing.

Can be a good demonstration to show the amazing effect of natural gas coming out from the under earth.

We went to the place after dinner when it's dark. Highly recommend it. There aren't many places that have fire coming out of the ground.

This is a awesome phenomena where even during rainy day, fire still burning on the ground surface. It is not something you got to see everyday or anywhere. Worth to spare 15 minutes there.

ガイドブックなどで見たとき、炎が大きいイメージがあったが、実際見てみたら、何か所が小さく燃えてるぐらいです。ガスの臭いがしていて、大自然が不思議だと思えます。
