去景区的时时候，有点阴天，没想到看演出的时候，下起雨来，有点小郁闷，室外演出只得终止。景区蛮大的，买票的时候会送旅游攻略，千万不要扔掉，要不然在景区没准会迷路的。体力不好的话，在景区可以租车，但是价格很贵，景区外面停车费也蛮贵，要十五块钱。景区里面的火烧赤壁演出一般，唯一的意义就是可以让孩子稍微了解一下历史。

三国和水浒的小说给儿子看了N多遍，他已经对里面的人物，战役，剧情倒背如流。带着他去三国城、水浒城，让他过足了武侠的瘾，圆了心中的电影之梦。

中秋节去无锡的三国水浒城，用了一天的时间游玩，呵呵，买门票有赠送景区地图，看图上标了很多景点，但实际上景点很相近甚至相邻，感觉地方比较小。三国城里的演出很有意思，《三英战吕布》，水浒城的《铁血丹心》都不错。其他还有一些小演出也都挺有人气的。

Really a must see if you a big fan of the television series because you get to go behind the scenes! You also get to tour Taihu Lake but there is nothing special there. Just an oily lake. If you want, you can go for the show where people "battle" while horse-riding.

If you like the television series - The Romance of the Three Kingdom or Water Margin, you should visit this site where the movies were filmed. The 35 hectares movie set was built to look like ancient palaces, temples and army camps. You can even see actors dressed up as historical figures and re-enacting the famous fight scene. After that, take a cruise along Wuxi lake on Caocao's war ship. Best time to visit is April to May or September to October where the weather is cool. Be prepared to walk so wear comfortable shoes and bring a bottle of water with you.

We went there as part of our tour package. Everything was arranged and so we just need to follow our guide. Mostly, there were rooms and palaces of some characters from the movie/TV series. I am not really familiar with this movie/TV series so I can't appreciate what was going on. There was a performance showing some fighting scenes where characters fly while fighting and another show where characters ride in horses while fighting in the Cao Cao area. I suggest read first about the 3 Kingdoms for you to appreciate it more. We also had a ride on a boat in the Wu area. There are shops for food and souvenirs and if you like taking pictures, I think you'll enjoy it when the weather is clear and sunny.
