镇江博物馆毗邻西津渡，周围绿树参天。馆内藏品丰富，有很多专题展厅，里面不乏国家一级、二级文物。博物馆旁边还有旧英国领事馆遗址，虽饱受岁月侵蚀，但基本保存了原貌，值得一看。

上次跟同学一起去镇江博物馆，感觉很不错，从很多地方搜集标本陈列在那，还有从周边城市搜集的一些名人字画，感觉很有心意

免费。有5,6个展厅。。。陶器、瓷器、金银器、大部分是在镇江出土的。。没有很特别的感觉，没有免费的讲解人员。自己看感觉就是外行看热闹。，才知道他原来是镇江人。

前几天去了镇江旅游，感觉风景很不错，金山焦山长江都给我留下了很深的印象，跟西津古渡联系在一条街上的镇江博物馆外观很漂亮，虽然不大，但是很豪气，门票也不要钱，展览品也很精致，很不错

The best way to know a city is to visit museum.Cuz that concentrates the cream of history and culture. A famous motto in The Children's Museum in Wasgington---"I hear and I forget. I see and I remember.I do and I understand" really inspires me. It's not that easy to dig into the long and briliant history of China. But, all u hear and see will help u remember and understand. Last year, I came to see my friend in Zhenjiang. He took me to Zhenjiang Museum,which is quite awesome. Cuz u can check the ancient book,brass,china, gold and silver wares,which has been over thousand years old.The form cite of the museum is The British Consulate, which occupied over 10 square km. So it took me a long time to finish the tour.Moreover, it's free. Noone should come to Zhenjiang and not see this museum the city had to offer.
