记得磬锤峰还有另外一个名字也叫棒槌山，他的造型实在是很奇特，真的像一根棒槌一样树立山中，在“棒槌“中间还有一颗老桑树，据说每年都接桑葚，真想再一睹这般奇景。

这里很有意思，磬锤峰的造型非常奇特，很惊讶大自然的鬼斧神工竟然这么厉害，给我的感觉非常的神奇。而且周边的地势也颇具历史色彩。

承德的磬锤峰是一个非常美丽的地方，绿绿的树非常多；山高，空气好，站在山上一眼望去，可以看到很远的地方，是一个非常有特色的地方。

是跟家人去的那里旅游，我们是一行人爬上去的，而且是大中午的，累得很那，都没有劲去看什么棒槌了，不过那个真是大得很那，站在山顶都能看见承德市内的很多景点，景色还是不错的

去过无数次的承德，最欣赏的就是磬锤峰。有传说摸到磬锤峰能活130，记的小时候第一次去，不仅摸着不撒手还让母亲摸着不许动，因为我要让我妈妈活到130岁，妈妈我好想替您总摸着那一只独峰``让您永远健康长寿``

临近市区，承德当地的出租也很便宜。缆车有点小贵，往返80。但是蛤蟆石和棒槌还是挺好看的，就是一个大石柱子立在一个悬崖边上，看着比较让人揪心~

承德磬锤峰国家森林公园里高高耸立着棒槌峰和蛤蟆石。棒槌峰像是天山的仙女不小心掉了洗衣服的棒子，落到了人间，伫立千年，等待着仙女的招呼。蛤蟆石似乎是仙湖边的一个小精灵，也被流放在此，来陪伴那孤独的棒槌。现在景区有索道，也可以爬行上山，半个小时左右，门票50。 我建议还是徒步为好，坐在蛤蟆石边，享受下轻轻地山风，人生自在不过如此。

据说，这个又简陋又破旧的缆车，居然是全国最长的缆车，单程需要20分钟以上。不过它真的足够简陋了。坐在上面心惊肉跳啊！

April 30, 2014Our group included my wife and I, our 2+ year old daughter; and my brother-in-law and sister-in-law and their 1.5 year old son.We arrived in the morning, it was just starting to get warm.There were the normal vendors on the way to the entrance, but much less than more popular tourist areas like Beijing.You buy a ticket to go in, keep the ticket! It is your pass to get back down.We were almost the only ones there this morning, but they are prepared for large crowds as long as the entrance maze was. Most seemed shaded.To me, the most fun part was the modified ski lift to the mountain. They direct you to the stand in front, and as the chair bumps you, you sit down. A 'cross bar' was added that you lower over yourself to hold on to. An inverted 'T' is welded to this bar to rest your feet on. The ride is said to be 45 minutes but it went quickly as it is a fun ride. The toddlers rode with their respective parents, being held on laps. It crosses a couple ridges where your feet can drag if you try to. My wife kept her's on the bar, thereby losing a few fun points. The ravines aren't deep, the deepest one looked to be about 30 feet deep.Being with toddlers, we only went up the first couple flights of steps to a gazebo to take some pics. The actual Sledge Hammer Rock is a bit of a walk after the lift. If we didn't have kids, and had thought of more water, we would have gone on up to it.I would go back without young ones to continue up to the Hammer, or to show others.

Visited the Qingchuifeng (Sledge Hammer Peak). It was really nice and the cable ride up was really scenic esp in spring when flowers are in bloom. The scenic area is well maintained and the hike up to the Sledge Hammer Peak ("SHP")is quite steep. Best go in the morning to avoid crowds because the top of the mountain where the SHP is located is quite narrow and the side barriers are very low. If any person slip or fall in front or at the back of you, it may cause fatal accident.
